Building on more than 20 years of research at WPI, the company is developing a small, wearable, wireless, physiological sensor for noninvasive status monitoring of soldiers during combat missions, firefighters, high risk mission specialists, and mass casualties in disaster areas. The system will facilitate remote triage and improved casualty status assessment.
